I founded PA & MD Pathway because I've been exactly where you are—applying to PA school while being overwhelmed by CASPA, second-guessing every word of my personal statement, and wondering if my application would be enough.
I also learned the medical school application and residency process firsthand while helping my husband apply to medical school and later match into residency. I was by his side every step of the way, which helped me build a deep, practical foundation in how competitive applications are built and evaluated.
Now, as a Cardiology PA at Duke University Hospital and an Instructor at the Duke School of Physician Assistant Studies, I understand what admissions committees are truly looking for.
